Our Story
Pacemarket began as a small family workshop tucked away in the tanneries of Fes, where leather has been cut, dyed and stitched by hand for centuries. What started as one craftsman's dedication to his trade has grown, generation after generation, into a name trusted for genuine, hand-finished leather sandals.
We still believe in the same principles our founders held: real hides, patient handwork, and shoes built to be worn for years, not seasons. Every pair that leaves our workshop carries a piece of that heritage with it.
The First Workshop
Our founder opens a small leather-cutting bench in the Fes medina, working the hides by hand with tools passed down from his own teacher.
A Growing Reputation
Word spreads through the souks. The workshop grows from a one-man bench into a small family atelier, known for its careful stitching and lasting quality.
The Next Generation
The founder's son joins the workshop, bringing new patterns and designs while keeping every pair fully hand-cut and hand-stitched.
Beyond Morocco
The first orders travel outside the country, carrying the workshop's leather sandals to customers who had never set foot in Fes.
Pacemarket
We bring that same workshop online, so anyone, anywhere, can own a pair of genuine, hand-made Moroccan leather sandals — cut, dyed and stitched exactly as they always have been.
